Fix LinkedIn submitted-url cannot be empty

To fix this issue, try changing your shortener service from the post format area to a shortener other than rviv.ly. For free installs, wp_short_url is a reliable alternative. If you are on the Pro version, you can also switch to is.gd (note that is.gd is not available on free installs).
