Pro features not active

Pro features will still be locked after installing and activating Revive Social Pro Addon. To unlock the features be sure to activate your license, after doing so check your Revive Social dashboard again and the features should be unlocked.

Recently upgraded your plan? Activate the new license key

If you recently upgraded (for example, from Starter to Business), your higher-plan features are unlocked only when your WordPress site is activated with the new plan's license key. Buying a higher plan in your account does not switch the key on your site automatically.

  1. Log in to your ThemeIsle Purchase History.
  2. Find the Revive Social entry for your new or higher plan and copy that license key.
  3. In your WordPress admin area, go to Revive Social > Dashboard > Revive Social Pro Add-on license.
  4. Replace the old key with the new one.
  5. Click Activate, then Save Changes.
  6. Refresh the Revive Social dashboard and check whether the higher-plan features are now available.

Purchase History is empty or your subscription is missing

If your ThemeIsle account shows no Revive Social purchases, you are usually logged in with a different email than the one used when you bought or renewed the license.

To find the correct account:

  1. Check old purchase receipts, renewal reminders, payment confirmation emails, or your password manager entries for ThemeIsle.
  2. Log out of your current ThemeIsle Purchase History session.
  3. Log in again with the email address you found in those records.
  4. Open Purchase History, find your active Revive Social plan, and copy its license key.
  5. In WordPress, go to Revive Social > Dashboard > Revive Social Pro Add-on license.
  6. Paste the active key, then click Activate and Save Changes.

If your domain was used with an old or expired key

If activation still fails with your active key, your site domain may still be linked to an older or expired license key. This cleanup is handled by support.

When you contact support, include:

  • Your site URL.
  • The ThemeIsle account email that contains the active Revive Social subscription.
  • Any other email addresses you may have used for older ThemeIsle purchases.
  • A short note confirming you already tested the currently active license key.

If you see multiple active subscriptions

If you accidentally created a second subscription instead of upgrading the existing one, both subscriptions can appear as active at the same time. After you confirm the new license key works on your site, contact support for help cleaning up the extra subscription.

Please note that if your license is not active (has expired) then you would also not be able to use the pro features of the plugin.

If your license is active and the Pro features are still not unlocked, then sometimes things can go wrong for various reasons.

Please try following these steps:

  • If you added the license key in the license field, please delete it
  • Write in that field some random characters: abc123
  • Press Activate and wait until you see the Invalid Key message
  • Delete the random characters and add the license key again
  • Press Activate and Save Changes

If the features still don't work, please open a new incognito browser window, go to your website's admin page (WP dashboard) and redo the troubleshooting steps one more time.
