Fix Instagram error "The media could not be fetched from this uri"

The Instagram API requires that the image you're trying to share be accessible to the World Wide Web. That means the link to that image needs to be accessible to anyone visiting the link from anywhere, in that way, the Instagram API can reach the link and download the image for sharing.

This means that Instagram sharing would not work on a local WordPress installation that's not accessible to the Instagram API.
